Refund and Dispute Policy Refund and Dispute Policy Effective Date: 2-24-2026 Heroes United Foundation Heroes United Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to empower veterans and their families through business training, grants, and entrepreneurial resources. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of all funds received. Donations 1. General Donation Policy All donations made to Heroes United Foundation are used to support our charitable programs and operational mission. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction so we may review the matter. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no goods or services are provided in exchange for charitable contributions. 2. Recurring Donations Recurring donations may be canceled at any time by contacting us at: Email: info@heroesunitedfoundation.org Phone: 307-289-4450 Please notify us at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled charge to ensure cancellation. Recurring donations already processed are not refundable unless there was a processing error. 3. Errors in Donation Amounts If you believe an error occurred in your donation amount, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction. We will review your request and make adjustments where appropriate. Event Registrations Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Refunds are not available for cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event or for no-shows. Each event may have specific refund terms listed at registration. Merchandise Purchases Merchandise is non-refundable unless defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt. Approved returns will receive replacement or refund at our discretion. If your transaction was processed through a third-party provider (such as Stripe), their policies may also apply. Policy Updates Heroes United Foundation reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
